Valdez Winter Intensive and Teacher Training

This program goes well beyond yoga and provides the understanding, practice, and support for you to become your own personal trainer and life coach.

This course includes a generous amount of information, skills, and exercises masterfully taught to be easily accessible and to provide lasting integration. The benefits of this training continue to develop over time and will be an asset to you, your family, and your community.

In addition to learning poses and sequencing you'll learn how and why to move in each position so that you can adapt the practice to meet your needs.

In this course, we delve into and refine our yoga practice, learn about our anatomy and physiology, and study yogic philosophy in this opportunity for self-study and growth.

This intensive is about becoming your own teacher and learning how to tap into your own yoga practice, anatomy, and inner resources to feel and develop your strength and fluidity, see and express your innate wisdom, and be able to more fully frolic in the joys of life.
