Combine simple chanting and hand mudras (movements) for 6 minutes moving from chanting out loud, to whispering, to silently and back to audible again. At the end, enjoy a few moments of silence and stillness to witness the reverberations of the practice through the body. If I can record this, you can surely practice when nobody can hear or see.
