This 45 minute Come As You Are (CAYA) practice is is meant to help you soften your mind when it is focused on one thing that won't let go and to help pick up your physical energy levels.

Start reclining with slide and glide. Then move through gentle flows and playful movements to balances, backbends, and towards chapasana. Hip openers and chest openers create a well rounded practice.
