Flow with Mel
Our daily lives are often a balancing act. In Alaska, many struggle with the balance of light and darkness. Emotionally and physically we move from one extreme to another. This flow will build strength and stability so that we may learn to fall gracefully when we lose balance, in our bodies and our daily lives. Our bodies, hearts and minds gain balance, strength and agility to recover more quickly when imbalance occurs.
