This is an all levels class that will progress throughout the semester. We will practice the foundations of asana, breath, support, and movement. The class starts with the basics and continues to develop a well-rounded practice adding complexity, play, and integration. Options are presented for all levels and all body types. Each class builds upon previous classes. Registration required.
