Forgiveness

Ho’oponopono is the best meditation I’ve found for forgiveness. It is simple.

I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

Ho’oponopono is best practiced for yourself first. Ask for forgiveness for the ways we harm ourselves with our thoughts and actions; self judgments, addictions, negative habits, unrealistic expectations, overdoing, under achieving, cramming our feet into shoes that effect our anatomical structure in the name of fashion, the list of possibilities is endless. Ho’oponopono can also be useful in forgiving others. Notice that our practice is not actually in forgiving others, it is in asking for forgiveness for what we contributed to the situation.
