This class is perfect for the very beginner or yogis who prefer to practice at a slower pace or with lots of support. We will progress through the foundations of asana practice including breath, alignment, and support. Introduction to basic standing, supine, prone, and balance poses. This class is offered as a series and each class builds upon the previous classes. Increase your strength, mobility, and confidence!
This class is also appropriate for those who prefer to practice in a chair for active chair yoga. If you prefer to practice in a chair, please feel free to come a little early or contact me for a session to learn basic concepts of chair yoga. The essentials will of chair yoga will also be covered in class when needed. You’ll love chair yoga! It is a valuable way to practice for all body types and abilities.
$40 for the series or $15 drop-in. All punch cards welcome.
