This evening is an introduction to meditation and mindfulness.

Discuss techniques, benefits, challenges, and stop points.

Play with several meditation and mindfulness practices.

Understand how to discern what practices and intensities are right for you.
**************************************
Class is for all levels.
Class will include some gentle movement, discussion, and several short meditations.
Chairs and yoga block options for sitting provided. Please feel free to bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on.
