The intention of this group is to create a no pressure opportunity to practice see/feel skills and get immediate feedback.

We break into groups of ‘feelers’ and ‘players’ and then switch.
The time together will likely include some confidence building, some humbling, and a lot of curiosity and lightheartedness. We will play for the first 45 minutes and save the last 15 minutes (if you are able to stay) for further discussion and final grounding and embodiment.
This group is facilitated, but community led.

Format
Introductions and opening meditation:
Each person introduces themselves, where they currently are in this grand world, and then shares a favorite or currently resonant phrase from an RP practice. The group then follows that cue. The person repeats the cue once it has landed and they are ready to pass to the next person

Play
Divide the group in half and then play with see-feel
Part 1
The entire group meditates together switching in unison between the topic of the day (qualities, emptiness/presence, etc.). This gives us all an opportunity to note texture changes in the field before we practice our see-feel skills.
Feelers leave the room and players decide which meditation aspect they will focus on.
Feelers return to the room, attune to the field to practice see-feel and then the answer is revealed.
Feelers get 2-3 opportunities to practice before switching.
Part 2
Individual players have the opportunity to inhabit their body as they choose within specific parameters.
Feelers observe one or several players.
Players reveal their choice and stay inhabiting themselves so that feelers can continue to observe.
We switch.
Part 3
Optional 15 minutes to stay and discuss, practice and play with group ideas, or meditate together.
