Start standing and swaying and continue with soft continuous movements to quieting holds. Focus on grounding and support while moving through standing poses into hips and forward folds.

Practice seated.
Combine simple chanting and hand mudras (movements) for 6 minutes moving from chanting out loud, to whispering, to silently and back to audible again. At the end, enjoy a few moments of silence and stillness to witness the reverberations of the practice through the body.
