Begin standing with movement. Ends with an option for reclining relaxation.

Enjoy 7.5 minutes of movement with coregulation exercises and basic flowing Thai Chi swings. We begin coming into our body by connecting our limbs to our torso through gentle patting and then ground and swing. The last 6 minutes provide an additional opportunity for reclining relaxation.
