Hi, I’m Leigh,

I've been exploring, practicing, and moving from the inner body for almost 30 years. I've found that the inner expression of a yoga pose is the most playful, powerful, and effective path towards personal growth and a strong asana practice. I get my kicks helping people tap into their subtle body and their inner teacher.

Yoga, including embodiment and meditation, are the most dynamic and intuitive practices I've ever encountered. Yoga can give me what I need when I want nurturing, excitement, depth, play, challenge, release, curiosity, energy, strength, or deep personal intimacy. What I love most is that yoga meets me right where I am each time I arrive.
